The learned counsel for the decree holder submitted that he has served the concerned SDM as back as 21.04.2025. However, neither the report is filed nor anyone is present on behalf of the concerned SDM, Gurgaon. The matter was kept waiting till 1:15 pm. As none is present on behalf of SDM, Gurgaon, Court notice be issued to the concerned District Magistrate calling the report on the security furnished by the decree holder. Registry is directed to mention the details of the property in the court notice and also attach the copy of the security document alongwith the court notice. 2.
