Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the appellants seek to assail the impugned orders dated 06.05.2024 passed by the Appellate Tribunal (PMLA) in Appeal Bearing Nos. EPA-PMLA-3552-53/DLI/2020 whereby the permission to place rejoinder on record on behalf of the appellants was rejected.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that though the last opportunity was granted but on account of unavoidable circumstances, the rejoinder could not be placed on record in time. 3.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the respondent and submits that appellants were granted repeated opportunities but did not file the rejoinder in time, thus resulting in delaying the trial. 5.
Considering that the prayer made is only with regard to placing the rejoinder on record, the appeals are allowed and the rejoinder filed by the appellants is permitted be taken on record however, the same would be subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- in each case with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (A/c No. 18580110053263, UCO Bank, Branch : Rouse Avenue, IFSC : UCBA0003364) within a period of two weeks from today. The amount so deposited shall be utilized by the DSLSA for providing counselling/psychological support to POCSO victims requiring such assistance.
