Both parties, along with their respective counsel, are present in Court.

The present Application has been filed seeking disposal of the present Appeal in terms of a written Deed of Settlement dated 02.05.2026 [hereinafter referred to as „Settlement Agreement‟], annexed as Annexure-A to the present Application. 3.

The Settlement Agreement is taken on record and marked as C-1.

Learned counsel representing the parties submit that in view of the Settlement Agreement, no surviving dispute remains between the parties in the present Appeal and the same deserves to be disposed of in terms thereof.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the Appellant has already deposited the awarded amount of Rs.1,03,32,446/- with the Registry of this Court. 6.

In terms of Clause 5 of the Settlement Agreement, a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) shall be released to the Respondent/Applicant from the amount lying deposited before this Court, subject to due verification by the Registry. 7.

The present Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of this Order. 8.

The Registry is directed to take consequential steps in accordance with the Settlement Agreement and the directions contained herein.

The present Application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 30088/2026, the present Appeal stands disposed of.
