Learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has complied with all the directions, as issued by the MCD. She submits that the file of the petitioner is before the Deputy Commissioner of Karol Bagh Zone, and the order for de-sealing shall be passed, within a period of one week from today. 2.

The aforesaid statement made on behalf of respondent-MCD is taken on record, and the MCD is held bound by the same. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
