The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 seeking quashing of FIR No. 0145/2024 dated 13.05.2024 under Sections 288/337/304A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'), registered at Police Station Amar Colony. 2.

Ms. Richa Dhawan, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 4.

According to the case of the prosecutor, the deceased was 22 years old labour working on the site under the petitioner, when he suffered to the accident and died. He survived by his parents and one brother. 5.

between the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and the petitioner. The Settlement Deed dated 04.06.2024 is already on record. Vide Settlement Deed, the petitioner has already paid Rs. Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for the demise of the deceased.

A request for quashing of the FIR has been made on account of the Settlement inter se the parties. In view of the settlement, the present Petition has been filed.

The parties are present in the Court in person and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily. 8.

Today, the complainants/respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, who are present in the Court state that they have received Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation and have no objection, if the FIR is quashed.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, it would be in the interest of justice, to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 0145/2024 dated 13.05.2024 under Sections 288/337/304A of the IPC registered at Police Station Amar Colony and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 11.

The Petition stands disposed of.
