After hearing both learned senior counsel for the parties at length, this Court had reserved judgment, however, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, then seeks to withdraw the present petition. 2.

The same is allowed, subject to the petitioner depositing costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the Delhi Police Welfare Society Fund [Account No.18200100001081; IFSC Code-UCBA0001820] and Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the Delhi Police, Martyr's Fund [Account No.18200110036907;

IFSC CodeUCBA0001820] within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Acknowledgement slips in respect of aforesaid payments of Costs be supplied to the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of three days thereafter.
