This application is filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The prayer is that the respondents be directed to release the retiral benefits due to the petitioner/applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 3 submits that formalities are required to be completed and the petitioner has failed to do so. 3.

In the eventuality of completion of formalities by the petitioner, amounts due shall be released to the petitioner.
