By way of this writ petition, the petitioner assails a show cause notice dated 03.06.2025 and Memorandum of Charges dated 27.06.2025, issued by the respondent, with regard to disciplinary proceedings against him.

The petitioner has already superannuated from the services of the respondent.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of, with the direction that the petitioner will file his reply to the Memorandum of Charges by 12.08.2025, which will then be placed before the concerned authority.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of in these terms.
