Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw this suit with liberty to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action. 2.

This Court vide order dated 23.07.2024 had issued directions to the plaintiff in this matter.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that for the present, he is not in a position to comply with the said directions. 4.

In the aforenoted facts, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the plaintiff to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action in accordance with law.

It is, however, directed that the plaintiff shall place on record a copy of this plaint as well as the order dated 23.07.2024 passed in this suit with the freshly instituted suit and bring the same to the attention of the Court on the first date of hearing.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
