The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed the present appeal impugning an order dated 30.03.2024 passed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 whereby the said application for interim relief by respondent no.1 [Pine Exporters] which is arrayed as defendant no.1 in the suit, was allowed. 2.
To be noted, respondent no.1 is the plaintiff in the suit being C.S. DJ422 of 2020 captioned M/s. Pine Exporters v. Amrose Singapore PTE Ltd. & Ors.

This court is informed that the said suit has since been disposed of by an order dated 04.03.2025 and the learned Commercial Court has not granted the decree as sought for.
