When this Court gave a suggestion to the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner that this Court would be benefitted by the opinion of the revisional court since the order which is under challenge is passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner accepting the suggestion given by this Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the revisional court. 2.
