% 15.01.2024 This is the regular bail application filed by the Petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case arising out of FIR No.226/2022 under Sections 302/149/120-B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at PS Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file an appropriate application after framing of the charges. Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
