The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be gracious enough to call the record of Hon'ble Shri Arun Sukhija, Ld. ADJ, KKD Courts, Delhi., examine the same, accept the current revision petition of the petitioner and quash the impugned order dated 13.07.2023 and allow the current petition which is necessary in the interest of law and justice." 3.
