Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present execution petition was filed before the learned Executing Court in the year 2018, however, judgment debtor though has been appearing but has delayed the proceeding of the execution as the decree is not executed till date. It is further submitted that in the year 2021, the petitioner had moved an application under Order XXI Rule 11 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for arrest of judgment debtor, which is pending disposal since then, on one ground or the other, is being delayed for disposal. 4.

directed for expeditious disposal of the execution petition within six months. 5.

In view of the above, the learned Executing Court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the execution petition along with all the applications on behalf of the parties, preferably within eight months. 7.
