The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the present Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973; AND b. Pass an order quashing the FIR No. 54/2014 dated 30.05.2014 filed at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Crime & Railway District filed under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; AND c. Pass an order quashing the Chargesheet dated 16.03.2020 filed by P.S. Special Cell, Delhi under Sections 406/420/120B of the IPC and Sections 66/66B/66D of the IT Act, 2000 filed against the Petitioner; AND d. Pass an order quashing the Cognizance Order dated 18.08.2020 passed by the Ld. CMM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi; AND The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. e. Pass an order quashing the criminal proceedings CC No. 2013/2020 titled "State v. Nimai Chand Srivastava" pending before the Ld. Pass any other order(s) as it may deem fit in the circumstances and in the interest of justice."
