In a letter dated 06.02.2025 the respondent no. 2 has specifically stated that the petitioner is eligible to participate in all contracts of malted milk food and malt based food as per the Defence Food Specifications etc. Similar opinion is expressed in the communication dated 06.10.2025 as well. 2.

Under these circumstances, there does not seem to be any reason to continue the instant petition as the debarment itself seems to have lost its meaning and significance.

Accordingly, leaving all questions open, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
