Having perused the averments made in the instant application, the Court finds that in paragraph no.1 of order dated 23.07.2024 in place of Delhi Waqf Board, Municipal Corporation of Delhi has been mentioned incorrectly. The same stands corrected.

It is directed that in paragraph no.1 of the order dated 23.07.2024, Municipal Corporation of Delhi be substituted with Delhi Waqf Board. Ordered accordingly.

The application stands disposed of.
