The petition is for setting aside order dated 25.06.2025, whereby, respondent no. 2 has refused to register a document presented by the petitioner, on the ground that a status-quo order has been issued in a pending civil suit, with respect to the subject property. 2.

Under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, appeals against orders of the Sub-Registrar refusing registration on grounds other than denial of execution lie before the Registrar.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to approach the Appellate Authority.

Liberty, so prayed, is granted.
