The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 9689/2025 and CM APPL. No. 40660/2025 (by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking interim relief) 3.

The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"i.

Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof to set aside the Show Cause Notice dated 13.09.2024 passed by the Respondent; and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

ii.

Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 29.10.2024 and 30.04.2025 passed by the Respondent dis-affiliating the Petitioner school; and/or iii.

Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 17.02.2025 and 19.02.2025 passed by the Respondent transferring the students of the Petitioner school."

At the outset, Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner will not press the present petition any further if respondent treats the present petition as a representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order after affording personal hearing to petitioner.

In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. M.A. Niyazi, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/CBSE accepts notice.

Having regard to the limited relief articulated by Mr. Kirtiman Singh, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent/CBSE to treat the same as representation and dispose of the same by way of a speaking order within a period of 10 days from today, after affording personal hearing to petitioner. Ordered accordingly. 8.

It is made clear that petitioner/School will not take any new admissions for Class-IX to Class-XII till the disposal of its representation. 9.

It is further clarified that nothing has been expressed on merits of the case nor the present order will create any special equities in favour of present petitioner.

The respondent/CBSE will be at liberty to seek any further documents from petitioner/School, if deemed necessary, for deciding the abovesaid representation.
