Further to the order dated 11.07.2025, Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel for the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ["GNCTD"], states that the petitioner is required to submit an undertaking stating that he will construct a boundary wall strictly in accordance with law and within the permissible height upto five feet and no further.

An undertaking to this effect has been filed by the petitioner before this Court, is taken on record, and a copy thereof has been given to Ms. Singh.

In view of the above, no further question survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.
