Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer(s): "(a)Allow the present writ petition and pass necessary directions to Respondent No. 1 i.e. Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF) to release and transfer 600 Equity shares of Respondent No.4 i.e., Reliance Industries Ltd. having Folio No. 048920586 and dividend amounting to Rs. 48,045/- to the Petitioner;"

CM APPL. 28637/2024 has been filed by the Petitioner stating that in the interregnum application/IEPF Form-5 dated 29.05.2023 of the Petitioner has been approved by the Respondent No.1 and only unclaimed shares and dividends of Reliance Industries Ltd. are now left to be transferred. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Respondent to release and transfer the unclaimed shares and dividend of Reliance Industries Ltd to the Petitioner within six weeks from today.
