VII (AP) 10 / P&I / 4776-D / Arrival / 2024 in time bound manner; OR (b) Pass any other or further order, which deems fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case. "

Bearing in mind the limited nature of the grievance which is addressed, we dispose of the writ petition by providing that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the Joint Commissioner concerned shall duly attend to the application seeking permission for re-export/redemption and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of on the above terms.
