Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 0237/2022 registered under Sections 420/406/506/34 IPC at P.S. Laxmi Nagar. 2.

It is submitted that as per the Agreement, the properties to be sold and the sale consideration is to be divided amongst the Complainant and the Petitioners.
