The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the Petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other Writ like directions directing the respondents 1 to 4 to produce the petitioner's mother Smt. Yashoda Devi in person before this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice, good conscience, and reasonableness." 2.

mother of the Petitioner expired on 10.06.2025 due to illness and the documents regarding her death, including a certificate issued by the Hospital and the cremation slip pertaining to the last rituals, have been attached with the Status Report.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.

It is always open for the Petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible under law.
