Pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2024 passed by the Court, the parties have arrived at a compromise, albeit, under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The terms of the compromise are recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 01.04.2024 [in short "SA"].

To be noted, the parties are physically present in Court. 3.1 The parties submit that they have entered into a settlement, as reflected in the SA, of their own volition, without any coercion. Parties also state that they have appended their signatures to the SA placed before us.

The SA is also counter-signed by the counsel for the parties. 6.

The settlement terms have been perused by us. 6.1 The settlement terms are lawful.

We may note that the appellant has, as part of the settlement, received Rs.25,00,000/- from the respondent.

Parties will abide by the terms of the SA.

Accordingly, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal as per the terms of the SA.

10.

The appeal shall, accordingly, stand dismissed as withdrawn. 11.

Pending applications shall stand closed.
