Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0323/2024 registered under Sections 306/34 IPC at P.S. Shahbad Dairy.

Learned Prosecutor submits that the charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is now pending before the learned ASJ for arguments on charge. It is also observed that the learned ASJ may expeditiously hear the matter on charge.
