The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Punish the contemnors in accordance with law and direct the contemnor to comply with the orders of this Hon'ble High Court dated on 20.02.2019 in the interest of justice. Such other orders be also passed in favor of the petitioner as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

b) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnors for willfully and deliberately disobeying the direction of this Hon'ble High Court vide judgment passed in writ Petition (civil) No. 7451/2018 passed the order on dated20.02.2019. c) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Vide order dated 20.02.2019, W.P.(C) 7451/2018 was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court with the following observations: - "9. I am informed that as of date the Special Task Force even has its own dedicated website and mobile application to facilitate making of complaints, thereby making it even easier for parties to take their grievances before the said agency.

10. Accordingly, I am of the view that the correct course of action in this matter also would be to dispose of the present writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force in accordance with the policy and procedure laid down for the purpose in MHUA's Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 and avail the said alternate, efficacious remedy." 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation on the ground of the aforesaid order has been filed, however, no steps have been taken by the special task force.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 have placed on record to show that the complaints were forwarded by STF to the AC/NGZ, EE (B)/-HQ, SDMC, SDM, Dwarka, New Delhi.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 7.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
