Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the Transfer Certificate has already been received by the petitioner. He, however, submits that let the same be countersigned by the DoE.

In view of the aforesaid, and on petitioners' approaching the DoE, the DOE is directed to take necessary steps, including countersigning of Transfer Certificate. All necessary consequences in accordance with law must follow.
