Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State informed this Court that the present petition has become infructuous as petitioner‟s parole application has been rejected vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed by Deputy Secretary (Home), Home (General) Department, Delhi Sachivalaya, I.P. Estate, Delhi. In support of his submissions, the copy of the same was also handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order. The said liberty is granted. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous.
