% 30.09.2024 As per the office report, the instant matter has been listed in the office note for correction of typographical error in the order dated 17th September, 2024, wherein a direction was given for release of FDR bearing no. 003405 dated 22nd December, 2022 and FDR bearing No. 003424 dated 20th January, 2023 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Burari, Delhi, for a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner.

The aforesaid amount has already been deposited by the petitioner vide Banker's Cheque no. 003405 dated 22nd December, 2022 and Banker's Cheque bearing No. 003424 dated 20th January, 2023, for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- each. However, the same has been typed as FDRs in the order dated 17th September, 2024, which is a typographical error and may be corrected.

Accordingly, this Court directs the Registry of this Court that the amount deposited in terms of the order dated 1st December, 2022 passed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 07/10/2024 at 15:46:36

the Predecessor Bench of this Court i.e., Rs. 5,00,000/- vide the aforementioned details, be refunded to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 17th September, 2024 passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the order dated 17th September, 2024 stands modified in terms of the office note.
