The parties have actually resolved their disputes vide Settlement Agreement dated 4th April, 2024 entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said Settlement Agreement has already been recorded in the W.P.(C) 1310/2023 titled Dr. Veena Gupta v. Dr. Neelu Gandhi & Ors. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the Plaintiff has to be vested with exclusive CS(OS) 704/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ownership, right, title and interest in respect of the following three properties:

(3) C - 2, East Krishna Nagar, New Delhi - 110051, is measuring approximately 225 sq.

(4) Property No. 459C - 1, Plot No. 4, Block25A, Gali No. 18 ((inadvertently mentioned as Gali No. 17)), Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, New Delhi - 110032, measuring approximately 70 sq. yds. (presently known as Bhola Nath Nagar, Chandrawali, Shahdara, New Delhi- 110032.) 6.

All parties or anyone acting on their behalf shall be bound by the terms of settlement as per the Settlement Agreement dated 4th April, 2024 as accepted on 29th April, 2024"
