1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file statutory appeal before the CIT (A) against the assessment order dated 31.12.2018 as well as the penalty order dated 20.06.2019 by explaining the delay in filing of said appeal.
2. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
