1. This is a joint application on behalf of the parties for correcting an inadvertent error in the final judgment and decree dated 18th January, 2024. Counsel for the parties request that the observation "Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiff and against Defendant" in paragraph No. 4 of said order be amended/ corrected.

2. Considering the grounds narrated in the application, the same is allowed and accordingly, paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 18th January, 2024, is directed to be read as under:

"4. Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in in terms of compromise recorded in paragraphs No. 1 to 12 of the Settlement Agreement dated 04th January, 2024, which shall form part of the decree."
