By this application, extension of interim bail, granted by this Court on 24th July, 2024, is sought. It is stated that the surgery of hernia has been performed on 09th August, 2024 and 10 days bed rest has been prescribed by the doctor on 13th August, 2024, due to swelling. The prescription and the photograph have also appended.

Considering the interim bail is expiring today, the same is extended for a period of 3 weeks on same terms and conditions. 3.
