Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submitted that the matter has already been settled among the parties with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024 which has been placed before this Court and the same has been taken on record. 2.
It is submitted that since the parties have compromised and all the disputes among the parties have been settled, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter and the instant RFA may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024. 3.

On query, the parties present in person have categorically stated that they have entered into compromise on their own free will and without any pressure and they undertook that they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024. 5.
The appellant has handed over a Cheque bearing No. 424339 dated 12th March, 2024 for an amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rs. Six Lakhs Only) in the name of respondent today in the Court as per Clause (ii) of the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. The respondent has verified the particulars of the Cheque and stated them to be correct. 6.
Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the parties appearing in person and perused the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024, the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal and the parties are also directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th March, 2024.
