By virtue of the present transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the matter being CS No.10274/2016 titled as inter se the parties pending before the learned ADJ-07, (South East) District, Saket, Delhi to this Court wherein the matter being CS (OS) 1578/1992 as well as CS (OS) 2443/1993 are pending adjudication.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, subject to his rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.
