O R D E R

The counsels for the parties state that the parties have amicably settled all the disputes and differences subject matter of this suit on terms and conditions contained in IA No.2684/2019 under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC, signed by the authorised representatives of the parties and accompanied by their affidavits. They seek a decree in terms of the said application.

I have perused IA No.2684/2019 and find the compromise arrived at between the parties to be lawful.

The undertakings of the respective parties as contained in the application are accepted and the Directors presently on the Board of Directors of the parties are ordered to be bound therewith and CS(COMM) 446/2018

through counsel informed of consequences of breach of undertaking given to the Court.

A decree is passed in terms of IA No.2684/2019 along with all Annexures and Schedules thereto, which shall form part of the decree thereof, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Decree sheet be prepared.
