Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that a Special Leave Petition ["SLP"] (Civil) No. 21109/2025 has been preferred against the Order dated 02.05.2025 by which the objections preferred by the Judgment Debtors came to be rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that in the said SLP, the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Order dated 11.08.2025 passed an order of status quo.

Keeping in view the said order of status quo, the matter stands deferred to 13.08.2026.
