In furtherance of last order, it is informed by learned counsel for petitioner that the cheques of settlement amounts issued to the respondents workmen in these cases stand duly honoured. In this regard, learned counsel has submitted across the board bank statement, the same be scanned and made part of judicial record. Learned counsel for respondents also affirms that respondents have received the said amount.
