The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.274/2020 dated 03.11.2020, registered at police station Special Cell (SB), for offence under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The bail application filed by the co-accused Vikas Rathi was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 01.02.2024. The Hon'ble Apex Court had directed the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same within one year from the date, that is, 01.02.2024.
