The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.16/2018 registered under Sections 406/409/420/120B IPC at P.S. Barakhamba Road, Delhi.

Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that though in the present case, the underlying complaint was made in the year 2016, the applicant became a Director only in the year of 2017. He further submits that there are no allegations against the present applicant in the FIR or in the chargesheet filed against the co-accused, who have already been released on anticipatory bail.

called for investigation and that at this stage, there is no material for the applicant to apprehend any arrest. He submits that in case any material comes on record and the Investigating Officer intends to arrest, he will give a notice of 7 days to the applicant.
