The present application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking a direction to the Registrar General to release the amount deposited by the NonApplicant/Petitioner in terms of the order dated 24.07.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2025 has been executed between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.

It is stated that the Non-Applicant/Petitioner has undertaken that as per the said settlement agreement, the Petitioner will be filing a quashing petition on or before 19.03.2025 and has agreed that the amount lying deposited with the registry will be released to the Applicant herein at the time of quashing of the said FIR No. 138/2024.
