1. Mr.Shashank Dixit, learned Amicus Curiae, who was, on the last date, requested to assist this Court, submits that he has discussed the matter with the appellant and has instructions not to press the present appeal. He, however, prays that liberty be granted to the appellant to avail of other appropriate legal remedies.

2. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to avail of all remedies as permissible in law. Taking into account that the appellant claims that he is without any source of income, he is also granted liberty to approach the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC), with a request to the Secretary, DHCLSC to consider his request for legal assistance as per law.
