The Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, to set aside the impugned Arrest Order dated 06.03.2023 and the impugned Remand Order dated 07.03.2023.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner, submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3.
