In compliance of judgment dated 12th February 2024 passed by the Court in W.P.(C) 10599/2021 reported as 2024:DHC:1042, counsel for respondent/Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IIBI) states that, they have already issued guidelines on 06th August 2024. 2.
The said guidelines are on record. Delay was occasioned in view of the complexity of the issues, since several stakeholders were involved and wide-based consultations had to be made.

Counsel for petitioner has an objection to the nature of the guidelines which have been issued.

Needless to state, this issue will have to be asserted, if at all, by the petitioner before the Writ Court, if they have issues relating to the content, extent and nature of the guidelines and whether they are adequate are not.
