By way of this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of taking care of his ailing mother and for reconnecting social ties with the family & society. 2.
The petitioner was directed to file medical report in support of illness of her mother and in response to that thereafter the proxy counsel has filed OPD tickets dated 20th February, 2016 when the hospital was attended with the complaint of headache and some medicines have been prescribed. There is nothing to suggest that Smt.Gayas Fatima, mother of the petitioner is suffering from serious ailments.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per W.P.(CRL) 496/2016
which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough w.e.f. 08.12.2015 to 22.12.2015.

In view of the above, no ground for release of the Petitioner on parole is made out at this stage. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 5.
Petitioner be informed through the concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
