Through the present Writ Petition, the petitioners pray as under: "i. Pass an appropriate order setting aside the order dt. 06.10.2023 passed by Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi whereby interim relief of to apply for the post of music teacher post code 32/23, as notified vide advertisement no. 02/2023 dt. 31.07.2023 during the pendency of the present OA No. 3844/2023, was rejected and/or;

ii. Pass a writ of mandamus and/or any other writ of the like nature and/or directions to the Respondent(s) to permit the Petitioner(s) to participate in the recruitment process for for the post of Music Teacher post code 32/23, as notified vide advertisement no. 02/2023 dt. 31.07.2023 during the pendency of the main O.A. No. 2844/2023 and/or;

iii. Pass any such other or further order(s) in favor of the Petitioner as deemed fit in the given fact and circumstances and in the interest of justice." The present writ petition has been filed against an interim order passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (hereafter 'CAT').

It is submitted that the O.A. filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed by the learned CAT for non-prosecution vide order dated 25.11.2025.

Hence, the present writ petition which has been filed against the interim order, does not survive.
