Since the admissions have already been granted, therefore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondentschool submits that one of the petitioners has been granted admission in the respondent-school under peculiar circumstances and the remaining petitioners have been granted admission in other schools. 3.
