The present petition has been filed under Section 528 B.N.S.S for quashing of complaint case as well as summoning order dated 16.03.2024 passed by Ld. MM.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the cheque was not presented and therefore the present complaint was not maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the Ld. Trial Court.

Liberty granted.
