The matter comes upon board pursuant to the office note pointing out some typographical error in paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 12.11.2025. 2.

Having perused the order, we find that the error so pointed out by the office is correct.

Hence, it is ordered that in second line of paragraph No. 9 of the order aforesaid, the expression "said judgment passed by learned Single Judge" shall stand substituted by the "order passed by the Tribunal dated 18/01/2017". The amended paragraph No. 9 shall now read as under:- "9. Having read the aforesaid corresponding paragraphs of the Impugned judgment dated 12/09/2019 and order passed by the Tribunal dated 18/01/2017, we find that it contains nothing except reproduction of the paragraphs of the Tribunal order. If we look at the so called operative part of the learned Single Judge's judgment, (reproduced by us in para 3 above), we find that it neither contains The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Private Secretary is directed to offload the previous order and upload the amended order by incorporating the aforesaid while substituting paragraph No. 9 as indicated above.
